Your dog will settle into a private townhome and even have the option to enjoy a private yard accessible through a doggie door. Each townhome is separately ventilated with a constant flow of purified air to create a healthy environment. Last of all, playtimes (with friends or alone) in the play yard are always complimentary for our boarding guests.
Let your companion spend the day with us to release some of that energy. Your dog will enjoy playtime with other dogs of similar size/temperament and will return home tired and happy. Our kitty townhomes are located in a private cats-only room that is insulated for sound to create a serene environment for our feline guests. Daily cleaning, attention, and love from our caring staff (as well as laser light shows) are always complimentary.
Our experienced and professional groomers are capable of providing a full range of grooming services ranging from beautiful poodle cuts to simple nail trims. We strive to make the grooming experience as comfortable as possible for every client and seek to establish a personal bond with each pet in our care. Most grooming appointments can be done within 3 hours from time of drop off.
We believe there is no one way to train a dog. Dogs, much like people, learn tasks and desired behaviors in varying ways. As such, we adjust our approach and methodologies based upon the needs of your pet. Make sure to schedule an evaluation to meet our trainer and see how we can help with your training goals.
Manager
Jackie started working at Pups play and stay in 2012, once Pawville acquired the facility in 2021, she continued as manager and was a very important part in our transition! She will go the extra mile to make sure clients are comfortable and feel heard. Jackie has a passion for animals, especially our more reserved personalities. She says the best part about her job is watching a shy dog blossom throughout their stay. Jackie has a five-year-old staffy that loves to join her at work, you can catch Dolly the princess welcoming new dogs and showing them the ropes!
Shift Supervisor
Hannah started at Pups play and stay in 2020 but through the transition with Pawville has continued to flourish and implant her place within our Paw village! Hannah is not only a hard worker, but she is determined to make sure our dogs are safe and happy during their time at Pawville. All though Hannah’s customer service is top notch, Hannah loves the outside so you’ll often see her out in the play yards romping with our guests. Hannah loves that she can create strong bonds with our regulars, that make her feel like she’s a part of the family! Banjo, is Hannah’s 4 year old pitty/hound mix who absolutely loves when his mom gets to bring him to daycare to try and tire out our high energy group!
Shift Supervisor
Katie is a transfer from our Porters Neck location, but she found a quick home with the team and pups at Scotts Hill. Katie has a soft approach with the dogs that makes them quickly love her, each furry client is a new personality for her to learn and find the best way to make them feel comfortable. She believes that just like people, each animal has a way they would like to be treated, and she’s determined to figure that out. Katie has a 3-year-old border collie mix named Stormy, who is a rescue and loves to give her mom cuddles when she comes home from work!
Shift Supervisor
Darby has a natural hack for leadership and is very excited to bring her skills and attention to detail to this position. From her first day at Pawville, she could tell that the staff felt like family, and it keeps her motivated to know she feels valued. She is very respected by the dogs in the daycare yard and makes sure to keep everyone safe while allowing them to have fun and be dogs.
